What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

We recommend avoiding sun exposure, tanning beds, and self-tanning products for at least two weeks prior to your appointment to ensure the laser can safely target the hair follicle.
